The Third Reich Battle Flag was flown daily at all military installations, preferably at the entrance, otherwise near the guard room or staff building. This war flag was also used as a naval ensign by warships of the Third Reich.
The Third Reich Kriegs flagge Battle Flag was introduced on November 7, 1935, the same day the universal national military draft was begun in Germany.
